ABOUT ME
My name is Sebastian Mititelu, and after having a Part-time Software Engineer & Full-time PhD Student position, as well as bits of hours extra mentoring & teaching programming, I was earning a fair amount of money.
However, I have realised I am working hard but not smart as I was always tight with my time, barely having any to spend in leisure activities.
More, I realised I needed to learn how to manage my time to make cash-flow, leverage and manage assets. Especially when typical agents failed to get me my first property to make some cashflow, ending up in wasted time, money, and energy.
The solution was to educate myself into property to build a wealth creating portfolio & help others do the same.
Now, I help people like you that lack either the time or the education to get on their property ladder or build a property portfolio.
